In Windows 10, you can attempt to solve driver errors by updating your device driver. To do this, follow these steps: Push the Windows + R keys. Type devmgmt.msc in the box to prompt the device manager to open. Go down the list until you see Universal Serial Bus Controller and click the plus icon to expand.
